General Terms and Conditions
  1. Attendees need a ticket to enter.
  2. Attendees must be 18 years old to enter and may be asked to provide identification.
  3. Tickets may be able to be purchased at the event, unless sold out prior.
  4. Event tickets entitle the holder to enter the event which includes the whisky tastings, food, water, a glass and tasting guide. The ticket does not include purchases of items from the shop or any other gratuity unless specified. Intoxicated persons will be removed from the event as per liquor licensing laws.
  5. Class tickets are for participation in the masterclass only. A ticket to the event is also required to enter the class unless specifically advised otherwise. Contact us for confirmation.
  6. In the unlikely situation that the event is cancelled (eg another pandemic) tickets will be refunded. We don’t usually hold the funds.
  7. Tickets may be transferred from one session to a different session via the website or by contacting our office. Transferring to a different city will involve a refund and repurchase.
  8. Tickets are fully transferable. The name on the ticket is not relevant to entry so you can gift/sell your ticket to another person to attend.



BEWARE do not purchase tickets from strangers. There have been counterfeit tickets offered on social media sites where the buyer has lost their money.
